Do you ship internationally?
YES, we ship orders to many different countries. You will be informed at checkout as to whether or not we can ship to your particular region.

How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated depending on the # of items and destination of your package. You will be informed of the shipping cost before choosing to finalize your purchase. International shipping (outside of the US and Canada) starts at $14.95. All international orders are shipped regular parcel post.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are normally shipped within 24-48 hours. For orders within the US and Canada, expect the Standard US Postal Service delivery (approx 7-10 days). For International orders outside of the USA and Canada, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery as external factors beyond our control may cause delays.

What is your Return Policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your Odyssey Store purchase. If you are unsatisfied, we will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange. Please refer to the conditions of our Return Policy.
